Ef Ergo Construction originates from George Levantis. The story goes back to 1949 when George Levantis constructed his first building in Athens (Votatzi str. & Zoodochou Pigis str.). George Levantis was successfully engaged in the development and construction of numerous commercial and residential projects until the end of the 1980’s.

In the 1990’s Pantelis Levantis and Fragiskos Levantis took over and under the company name Levantis Construction were primarily engaged in the development and construction of commercial projects, and selected residential projects. The company was characterized by the provision of a high quality level of works and transactions.

In 2005 Fragiskos Levantis founded Ef Ergo Construction. The company continues to provide a high quality level of works and transactions, but now with a green orientation. Design and construction are now based on sustainability principles such as:

• Energy Saving
• Water Saving
• Minimisation of adverse effects on the region’s microclimate
• Excellent indoor air quality

An example of the above is the .eco. office building in Maroussi, which was completed in January 2011.

Since 2008 Ef Ergo Construction undertakes Green Remodeling for existing buildings (houses and office buildings). The Green Remodelling service comprises of three steps:

• Step 1  Building Analysis

• Step 2  Proposal for Improvements

• Step 3  Construction works
